At Modern Wellness Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to each of our patients. Because our treatments, consultations, and prescribed medications are customized and approved by our licensed providers, all sales are considered final once approved.
Once a treatment or service has been performed or a prescription has been approved by a provider, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all consultations, aesthetic procedures, and medical treatments provided at Modern Wellness Clinic.
All medications, including compounded and prescription products, are non-refundable. Due to federal health regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any prescribed medications once they have been dispensed.
Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
