Mr. Webb served in the United States Army Medical Service Corps from 1976-1979. After completing his active duty in the U.S., he moved back to Costa Rica, where he continued to further his medical education.Mr. Webb received his Medical Degree in 1984 after attending medical school at the University of Autonoma Central America (UACA) in San Jose, Costa Rica. He graduated top of his class, with honors, after finishing his rotating medical internship in pediatrics, internal medicine, surgery, and gynecology.
